Yeonnam <Ramen Long Season>. Special shio ramen with all toppings. It currently serves only shio ramen, and even the presentation is remarkably beautiful. The soup blends a chicken base with pork bones and finishes with clams. Every component is highly polished. The salinity is naturally a little high, but only to the point of elevating the flavor, so it was quite satisfying.
