Mangwon <Shikamei>. Shoyu tori ramen. The design clearly strives to give taste and smell as many experiences as possible, yet remains coherent and harmonizes with the other elements. The grilled chicken cartilage was good, but frying cherry tomatoes in oil for the topping drew real admiration. The chahan is also highly polished, and I liked that the minced garlic was fresh.
