Yeonnam <Hangzhou Xiaolongbao>. Strictly speaking it is shengjianbao rather than xiaolongbao, though Hangzhou often sells them without rigid distinction. Delicious. I recommend the side coated in egg. The mapo tofu is not mala, but the aroma clearly carries majiao. This is not Korean-style mapo tofu over rice. In other words, it is worth stopping for.
