Hongik Univ. <Tsumeru>. Seoul has fewer soup-curry shops than expected, and among all of them, this one grills its ingredients best. Not merely charred outside, not overcooked—no description came to mind beyond genuinely well grilled. The curry itself is appropriately rich and spicy, which felt good.
