코카이라멘

Sangsu <Kokai Ramen>. Tonkotsu made from Iberico pork. Not extremely rich, but quite good, and the ajitama is decent too. Unlike the current impression of Hakata-style tonkotsu, it is neither assembled nor mass-produced. The gyoza are handmade in the shop, packed with oily, concentrated juice that calls for beer.
