Hapjeong <Mipildam>. Northern-style dumpling soup is the main specialty. The broth seems intentionally left with open space, becoming fully complete around the third dumpling, when you begin breaking them into the soup. The boiled pork was especially flavorful. It made me wonder whether the potential of pork could truly be drawn this far within the Korean *suyuk* format.
