아키야라멘

Hapjeong <Akiya Ramen>. Kuro Double Chashu Ramen. The chashu preparation is excellent, but this place also handles fire exceptionally well. If there is an ideal charred aroma for meat used as a supporting component, this may be it. Rich aroma oil, balanced soup, and thin noodles that bring out their appeal made this my first truly good ramen in a while. Strong intention to return.
