Euljiro 4-ga <Hobanjip>. An old establishment famous for chicken gomtang. Though simmered for a long time, it has balance and gentle umami without leaning too far in one direction or becoming unpleasantly cloudy. After eating little more than immature young chickens, meeting a rich, meaty old-hen gomtang felt wonderful. A bowl likely to return to mind.
