Sinchon <Bistro Kyushu>. Smoked pork-belly yaki curry, the bestselling dish. The curry carried a strikingly deep, concentrated aroma and paired well with the cheese. The pork belly's smoke was restrained, and its texture good. I became curious about the other dishes. It was amusing that the restaurant contained nothing but otaku. Finished the Mina Route with dessert at Baekeok Coffee.
