Yeonnam <Seodamheon>. Chinese food reinterpreted through Korean cuisine. All noodles are knife-shaved and cooked to a restrained, proper point, making them pleasurable to eat. I like clean, refreshing noodle dishes full of vegetables, but they are hard to find; this is a valuable option. The fried noodles and jajangmyeon are also well reviewed.
