초라멘

Konkuk Univ. Station <Cho Ramen>. Maze soba has become so uniformly competent that it is hard for one to feel distinctive or especially delicious, yet this succeeds. I like the rich, deep doubanjiang flavor, half a step beyond the familiar. As I also noticed at Gyoretsu, places famous for maze soba tend to have exceptional noodles. The same is true here.
