우작설렁탕

Seocho <Ujak Seolleongtang>. Many believe seolleongtang broth must be intensely rich to taste good, but a clean extraction that respects a certain limit is more likely to inspire repeated visits rather than a single encounter. That probably applies to every dish centered on meat broth. The kimchi and kkakdugi were excellent as well.
