<Spaghetti no Pancho>. Napolitan chain. The classic set: 400g of noodles with egg and thick bacon. I have no idea how many years it has been since my last one, yet it tasted overwhelmingly familiar. I like the distinct satisfaction of ketchup-fried spaghetti that “pasta” cannot provide.
