따로소고기국밥

Sangsu <Ttaro Sogogi Gukbap>. I encountered Gyeongsang-style beef-and-radish soup, something I had never seen sold in Seoul. As someone born and raised in Pohang, it was excellent and tasted exactly as remembered. Radish, scallion, and bean sprouts make the broth refreshing and clear with a clean finish. The beef is fairly generous too. Far better than yukgaejang.
