Yongsan <Gwangcheonok>. A union of clear northern-style meat soup and *sundae guk*. Rice is served by default through *toryeom*, and the substantial salted shrimp—unlike anything I have seen at Seoul gukbap shops—stands out. Not a traditional old establishment, but a new star of clean, well-balanced sundae and gukbap built with modern cooking methods. Highly satisfying.
