Hongik Univ. Station <Fresh>. A tiny five-seat shop. The shoyu is excellent. Even the special ramen, loaded with chashu, is KRW 10,000; regular shoyu ramen is KRW 7,500. The menma and ajitama are good, and the soup is gently, beautifully balanced. The special will fill even an adult man. The dumplings are said to be good too, so next time I will likely order the set.
