멘 후지사키

Kameido <Men Fujisaki>. High-level shoyu ramen. The kaeshi, made by blending several soy sauces with different flavors and aromas, is excellent. Complex and long-lasting, with layers of fragrance. Rather than acting as the protagonist, shoyu functions superbly as one element in the design. The noodles were good too. Recommended.
