Namdaemun <Seoryeong>. Currently the most talked-about place in Pyongyang naengmyeon. The pure buckwheat noodles are exceptional. I deliberately skipped vinegar; the broth and noodles carried a slightly buttery, toasted savor like fresh bread. The perilla-oil bibim noodles and mandu are must-orders. Heartbreakingly delicious. The suyuk, not so sure.
