Euljiro 3-ga <Menya Nonde>. A new restaurant by chef Woo Hyun-il, who appeared on *Culinary Class Wars*. The rich soup centered on tori paitan and scallop is overwhelming. It is concentrated yet aromatically delicate, while the chicken toppings are cooked at nearly dining-restaurant level. The addition of simmered radish is excellent. A mellow, pleasant seafood finish remains without an empty spot.
