Mullae <Ichi Ni Ichi>. Shoyu ramen. Opened today. The soup is made from silkie chicken and old hen. Rather than a delicate soy blend, it seems to use one product with strong, concentrated flavor and aroma. The noodles, ajitama, and menma are all above average. Chicken-thigh chashu is free through this weekend, and it is truly delicious. If you plan to go, this is the week.
