Mangwon <Yukjang>. Directly below Huiok, and extremely good. I consider it close to a fully filled hexagon of a bowl. Rich, hot, and sharply spicy, yet clean rather than overly heavy or burdensome, with excellent balance among every element. The accompanying kkakdugi is well fermented and sour, pairing beautifully. Worth a special trip.
