Gyodae Station <Three Generations Samgyetang Artisan>. Sous-vide dakbokkeumtang. I like traces of culinary science in familiar food. It was not strictly necessary to place sous-vide chicken breast here, but an ingredient cooked in an unusual way inside a familiar sauce creates a different kind of pleasure. It was delicious and made me curious about the regular samgyetang.
