Hapjeong <Junghwa Bokchun>. Junghwa Bokchun Gold is the dining concept; this location serves ordinary Chinese dishes. I ordered *tianmianjiang mian*, Shandong-style jjajang noodles. The sauce itself is not unusual, but the ingredients carry abundant flavor and excellent balance. The *chao fan*, or fried rice, was genuinely delicious too. I will order it next time.
