Raison d'être in Seochon. As expected, it is excellent. I particularly liked the Yuzu Mont Blanc. The outside is covered with yuzu mousse and white chocolate, while the inside is filled with chestnut cream, candied chestnuts, and chestnut financiers. I bought it half-doubting whether yuzu and chestnuts would go well together, but they come in perfectly arranged, filling each other's empty spaces without any overlap.
