Hapjeong <Jinhyang>. The first bite of the steamed dumplings made it immediately clear that today's choice was right. Tianma eggplant *gan-jjajang*. The restaurant was already known for its distinctive eggplant jjajang, and this limited version adds *tianma*. In an age when jjajang has largely lost its individual character from shop to shop, the existence of one this well made is welcome.
