Yeouido <Sakaba Dandan>. Futomaki, mentaiko omelet, shimesaba, and ankimo. The futomaki was ordinary; the other three were all excellent. The ankimo in particular ranks among the five best I have eaten. So fresh and pleasant, yet with such a full finish. I think it will remain in mind for a long time.
