Hapjeong <Akiya Ramen>. Along with Mentami in Yongsan, this could be called one of Seoul's two leading shops for deep, delicious miso ramen. Their styles differ, but both are excellent. Akiya's miso lifts the flavors and aromas of the supporting ingredients, while Mentami makes the miso itself feel delicious. Winter is the season that suits miso ramen best.
