Hapjeong <Hogye>. Morning-glory whole chicken. This place serves Chinese-fusion chicken dishes. The flavors are some distance from the familiar, yet they find a common denominator of umami that few could dislike, creating genuine complexity. The cumin fries paired brilliantly with sour cream, and the sesame noodles were delicious too. Truly, everything was good.
