Gongdeok <Grace Gukbap>. Pork gukbap made with Berkshire K pork, served unseasoned so you adjust it with salted shrimp. The meat is sous-vide and extremely tender, while the meat pancake and boiled pork included in the set were good as well. The real revelation, however, was the seasoned greens—especially the young radish tossed with perilla oil, delicious enough to make me want a whole container to take home.
