Seorae Village <Yoon>. Quiet and calm, not flashy, but every flavor that needed to appear was present. The best dish was cod sautéed from fish sourced in Pohang. The ragù on the tagliatelle carried a deep, abundant wine flavor. I chose this as my final French meal of the year, and it seems likely to remain a good memory.
