한강로칼국수

Sookmyung Women's Univ. <Hangang-ro Kalguksu>. I saw a dish called maze kalguksu and wondered what kind of lawless invention this was. It turned out to be a hybrid: the grammar of maze soba, loaded with jeyuk-bokkeum, served with kalguksu noodles. Plenty of people have probably had the idea, but actually finishing and releasing it is impressive. The flavor made complete sense. I only wish it had been a little less sweet.
