진세이라멘

Yeonnam <Jinsei Ramen>. My first niboshi abura soba. The unique noodles are springy yet offer a katamen-like chew, and are excellent. Tsukemen appears to be the signature, but the abura soba is sufficiently delicious too, with a rich, clearly distinctive sauce. A spicy version is available and would be a good choice if you want heat.
