Hapjeong <Omeusang Kalkaldes>. Omurice, curry, and fried food are a hard combination to fail. Flashy dishes have their place, but this is the bowl to choose when you want a meal where each humble element quietly does its job and comes together. Steak felt excessive for this setup; the assorted fried topping was exactly right.
