Yeonnam <Jakga Sikdang>. Clear chicken hot pot. Packed with vegetables and properly seasoned, it is an excellent soup that warms the body pleasantly from within on a cold winter day. Very thin slices of chicken breast are eaten shabu-shabu style, and they were good enough to justify another special trip to Yeonnam. Adding kalguksu noodles is mandatory.
