Yeonnam <Chang's Berry>. The new Muscat Basil Melon Pain de Gênes. I expected a dessert relying entirely on raw ingredients, but it was not. The fruit itself has excellent flavor and aroma, while basil in the ganache montée leaves a subtle, slightly spicy finish that emerges not at the front but after the bite and lingers at length. A well-made dessert.
