Hapjeong <Yunmen>. Hapjeong had several decent ramen options, but tsukemen required going toward Hongik Univ. or Yeonnam. I came on recommendation: the tsukejiru and toppings were excellent, the noodles outstanding. They can stand beside Japanese tsukemen shops known for exceptional noodles.
