<Gangnam Suyang>, main branch. Chongqing noodles and shengjianbao are especially good. Chinese food is not only hot, salty, and oily. Despite the appearance, aggressive elements are minimized and the flavors built in layers. The food also pairs beautifully with a sauce-aroma baijiu highball. Strong-aroma baijiu is common, but I did not expect sauce-aroma baijiu to work this well in a highball.
