Hapjeong <Kongcheongdae>. A tofu specialist. It serves soft tofu and cheonggukjang, but today I came craving biji-jjigae. The flavor is polished smooth rather than rough, and the sense that it is made from good soybeans makes it pleasant to eat. The basic side dishes are faultless too. Such an excellent Korean table in Hapjeong, where Korean food is difficult to find.
