Daerim <Jwipung Hand-Pulled Noodles>. A place where Daerim's Chinese residents line up. Beside the entrance, the noodle master is pulling dough. Ma-jang mixed noodles were recommended for summer, and I was highly satisfied. The fried pork was tender enough to seem ready to melt in the mouth. Not a single table emptied before I left. Delicious.
