Mapo <Bored & Hungry>. OG Cheeseburger. If you want a completely heavy, salty, meat-packed cheeseburger rather than a balanced one, this is close to the answer sheet. The onions are well caramelized and seem fried in meat juices, absorbing their flavor. The smashed patty has strong Maillard browning across its surface without becoming dry. Excellent.
