Nonhyeon-dong <Charlie & Charles>. Anchovy oil pasta, duck confit, and gnocchi. The pasta is mixed with a poached egg; the noodles, oil, and every supporting ingredient were excellent. The confit was the revelation—we kept saying how delicious it was throughout. The gnocchi and its sauce left such a long, gentle flavor that it may appear in my dreams. Magnificent.
