Yeouido <Memil Danpyeon>. They also serve mul-naengmyeon and eobokjaengban, but the perilla-oil buckwheat noodles are clearly the best dish here. The buckwheat aroma is abundant; the oil is fragrant, fresh, and high quality; the seasoning is set exactly far enough not to feel bland. The buckwheat pancake is tasty, though not essential. I will probably return.
