순희냉면

Konkuk Univ. <Sunhui Naengmyeon>. Despite the name, nobody was eating naengmyeon. I ordered mapo tofu over rice. I liked first that the tofu was not the soft type that crumbles apart. The appearance screams extreme stimulation, but it is not actually that spicy; instead, varied spices are layered in excellent balance, making the aroma a pleasure. The Sichuan pepper also seems high quality.
