Sindorim <Hojeong>. Opened by someone who worked at Huiok, and the overall feeling remains. The soup's salt character is slightly bright but good; compared with Huiok, the tare carries a stronger dried-fish character. The menma and chashu were excellent, and the noodles good. Huiok now requires a two-hour wait, so coming here is not a bad idea.
