Konkuk Univ. <Songhwa Shanxi Knife-Cut Noodles>. It had been a long time since my last visit, but the new *biangbiang youpo mian* (𰻞𰻞油泼面) brought me back. Chili powder, minced garlic, scallion, and Sichuan pepper are scattered over broad, thin, extremely long biangbiang noodles, then covered with boiling oil. The toppings release intense flavor instantly, making it delicious and highly stimulating. The dumplings are good too.
