Sinyongsan <Jeongseong Donkatsu>. There are two famous pork-cutlet places in the area; one closed early, so I came here. The sauce is Korean Western-style, but the meat and breadcrumbs are Japanese-style. The pork was fried to well-done yet remained tender and moist, while the fish cutlet was surprisingly delicious. The portion is rather large. I intend to return when nearby.
