Kameido <Tentora>. The clean interior and menu made me assume it was a chain, but it is unexpectedly an emerging local favorite. One bite is enough for anyone to recognize the frying skill. Rather than sweetening the sauce, they chose the harder path of balancing it through salt. I felt I had found a place that makes no sense at this price.
