Hapjeong <Very Busy Burger>. The bestseller is the jalapeño-jam burger. The reassuring heft is apparent the moment you pick it up, and both the salt level and smashed-patty character are good. The jam's measured acidity cuts through the weight of patty and cheese, while a gentle heat seems to wrap around the whole burger. Very much to my taste.
