Mangwon <Shunwoo>. Teppanyaki. The signature black yaki-men stir-fries beef belly, vegetables, and noodles. The flavor is deep yet never lets one element dominate, instead offering a rich spread of taste and aroma. The rolled omelet was good too, with clean-tasting cheese and a sauce that was only gently sweet. There are many experimental dishes, but the fundamentals are delicious. More than enough reason to return.
