Kameido <Tsukihi>. Special chuka soba. It goes almost to the endpoint of rich niboshi ramen. Anyone unfamiliar with the style may be startled by how concentrated and salty it is. Yet every component, including the noodles, is highly polished, making it deeply satisfying for ramen obsessives. The broad variety of *aedama* is also unusual.
